Room Information

The living area is adjacent to the kitchen/dining area creating a large open plan layout. This stylish room is spacious, comfortably furnished and leads out through the sliding patio doors on to the pool and lanai area.

This room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, offering a 3 piece suite, ceiling fan and large remote cable TV with DVD player, (Movies can be rented at Blockbuster a 2 minute drive).

A separate sitting room (snug) provides the space for extra peace and quiet with sleeper sofa, bean-bags, remote cable TV and playstation 2 with games (US games only). A CD stereo system is also available - so remember to bring your music with you.

The games room has a selection of games for your enjoyment, including a full size pool table, darts and ping pong table. There is more than enough to keep children occupied for hours.

The kitchen/dining area is equipped with appliances and utensils to cater for your every need. Cooker/hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, double sink and large fridge/freezer with ice maker, are just some of the luxury appliances on offer. A washer and dryer are situated in the seperate utility room, together with ironing board and iron. A large dinette table and chairs sit in front of a window in the dining area (nook). There is a phone for the use of free local calls, and for international calls using a phone card.

Master bedroom 1 is spacious, with a large ensuite, walk in wardrobe, private access to the lanai, a king sized bed, ceiling fan and remote cable t.v. The ensuite consists of a large shower, corner bath, twin wash basins and separate toilet.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 provide twin beds in each and 1 with cable T.V. Both have large built in wardrobes and the share of a bathroom which consists of bath/shower and toilet

All bathrooms are supplied with towels; the bedrooms include linen and also feature alarm clock radios. Hair dryers are also available
