Parc Lake Villa is part of the Suberb CalabayParc community at Tower Lake; undoubtedly one of the finest in Orlando, sporting a grand gated entrance and beautifully kept, landscaped surroundings.

Disney’s attractions are just 15 minutes away; with amenities, shops, restaurants and a variety of golf courses also close to hand. A short stroll from the villa will take you down to the jetty at Tower Lake, providing the ideal opportunity for fishing.

After a days entertainment, return home to relax in the spa, enjoy a game of pool in the games room, or simply soak up the mild evenings with a glass of wine by the pool. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a private gated community in a great location. The community is sat on top of a hill just off a quiet road overlooking the Lake to the west with far reaching views and beautiful sunsets looking across classic Florida landscape.

The villa has a really nice south facing plot; one of the best in the community. The pool area is not overlooked and there are no villas directly behind, benefiting from maximum sunshine.

When relaxing by the pool there are pleasant views across a grassy area. The neighbouring pool areas are unimposing with a planting of shrubs and palm trees either side of the lanai, adding to the ambiance.

At the bottom of the road is highway 27, from where a 1 minute drive South will take you to the Haines c ity area where there is a Wallmart, petrol station, restaurants, shops (pharmacy etc) and Southern Dunes golf club.

A 10 minute drive north will take you to the Interstate 4 and the "Champions Gate" complex which consists of a supermarket (Publix), shops, restaurants, hotels and golf courses. A further 5 minute drive north on the I4 and you will reach the 192 and the first of many Disney parks. A further 5 more minutes and you will approach the Buena Vista area and more parks etc.

Directions

Driving From Orlando International Airport to the villa takes approx 45 minutes, depending on the traffic. It's a fairly straight forward journey once you become accustomed to the Florida highways!
